  11. Complaints Procedure: In the first instance any complaint should be raised with David Seeley at the address shown above. Thereafter complaints may be made to ICAEW at the addresses shown above.
  12. Payment terms: unless otherwise agreed or specified invoices are raised on completion of work and must be settled within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to charge interest as specified and at the rates mentioned in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

Unless fees for specific items of work are agreed in advance all work undertaken will be charged at rates applicable to the member of staff performing the work at the time the work is undertaken. Where fees for specific items of work are estimated in advance this is on the understanding that the client prepares or provides any required information at the time and in the format agreed. In the event of any failure to deliver the information or where there are delays in providing it we reserve the right to raise additional charges as calculated by reference to the time undertaken and the standard charge-out rate of the member of staff undertaking the work.
